James Litster

James Litster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product implementation and testing management, currently serving at VENTORA since February 2024. Prior to this role, James held similar positions at JELD-WEN, Inc. from January 2017 to March 2024, where contributions included window and door hardware design, aluminum extrusion design, and production line efficiencies, along with roles in R&D and industrial design. James holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design (Honours) from Western Sydney University, along with multiple certifications in fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, engineering, and mechanical trade.
