Dzmitry Valasevich

Dzmitry Valasevich has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dzmitry is currently the Head of Delivery & Operations at VentorTech, where they focus on innovation and transformation of delivery practices to support company scaling goals. Prior to that, Dzmitry worked as an Entrepreneur, providing assistance to IT companies in strengthening their market position and creating new revenue streams through portfolio and product management.

Dzmitry also worked at Instinctools Company as a Portfolio Manager and Head of Service Lines, where they designed and launched new solutions and services, defined strategies, and led teams for solution development and delivery. Additionally, they served as the Lead BA and Head of BA Unit, responsible for unit growth and mentoring programs.

Dzmitry's earlier experiences include roles as Business Analyst Team Lead and PM/BA at Instinctools Company, BA/PM at CONTE, IT Business Analyst at ScienceSoft, and BA at Omlook LTD. Their expertise includes market research, strategic planning, process optimization, risk management, and Agile approaches.

Dzmitry Valasevich completed a Bachelor's degree in English/German languages at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno from 2006 to 2011. From 2009 to 2011, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering at the same university. Dzmitry then obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in ITM from Moscow Business School between 2014 and 2019. In 2021 and 2022, they attended CoachingUP University, earning an ACTP degree in Coaching. Dzmitry Valasevich has additional certifications, including International-level professional coach (ACTP-ICF) and International coach (ACSTH-ICF) from CoachingUP University, ICAgile Certified Professional in Business Value Analysis (ICP-BVA) from ICAgile, ICAgile Certified Professional, and SAFe 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
