Jason Rudawsky

Jason Rudawsky is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Lean Manager and previously as Process Engineer at Ventrac since April 2015, Jason has honed skills in process optimization and efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as Product Engineer at CoAdna Photonics, where responsibilities encompassed product design, fabrication, and quality assurance, particularly in liquid crystal cell failure analysis and testing. Additional early career experiences include positions as Driver/Operator at Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority, Welder/Fabricator at Ladd's Mobile Welding and Fabricating LLC, and Warehouse Supervisor at RJMP, Inc. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a focus on Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from Kent State University, as well as a high school diploma from Poland Seminary High School.
