Erez Hon has a strong background in finance and real estate. Erez currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ventron Management, where they oversee financial operations for the real estate brokerage. Prior to this, Erez founded and built Neve Hon Group, a real estate investment company, serving as the Chief Executive Officer for nearly a decade. Erez also held positions at Tefen as the Corporate Financial Director and Subsidiary Chief Financial Officer, where they managed finance matters and implemented financial processes. Additionally, Erez worked at PwC as a Senior Associate in the Alternative Investment Group, overseeing audit engagements for investment management groups. Erez began their career at BHP Development, where they served as a Financial/Accounting Manager while completing their undergraduate degree. Overall, Erez has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and business development throughout their career.
Erez Hon pursued their education at various institutions to enhance their knowledge and skills in business and accounting. In 2001, they enrolled at Baruch College, where they successfully completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on accounting in 2005. Afterward, they furthered their education by pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, during the same time period, they also pursued an EMBA degree from Tel Aviv University.
In addition to their formal education, Erez Hon obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the institution of New York in June 2007.
