Anissa Juarez, MSW, ACSW, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Clinician II at Ventura County Behavioral Health since September 2021. Previously, Juarez worked as a Family Case Manager at Aspiranet, focusing on case management for families with adolescents and their Individual Education Plan (IEP) needs. Earlier experience includes a Social Work Student Intern role at Ventura County Behavioral Health, where Juarez provided individual and group therapy as well as crisis intervention, and another internship at Guiding Our Youth, which involved community engagement and therapeutic support for group home residents. Juarez holds a Master of Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University Channel Islands.
