Regina Cotton has extensive experience in the mortgage operations sector, currently serving as AVP Mortgage Operations at Ventura County Credit Union since October 2016, following a tenure as Director of Mortgage Operations. Prior to this role, Regina spent over 27 years at CBC Federal Credit Union, notably as Real Estate Loan Manager, where responsibilities included building and leading teams of processors, underwriters, servicers, and loan originators to achieve high standards of productivity and customer satisfaction. With a comprehensive background in banking and two decades of experience in real estate lending, Regina excels in fast-paced, competitive environments. Regina also holds a Management School Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Western Cuna Management School, earned between July 2019 and July 2022.
