Kim Sarah Feldesz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kim Sarah started their career as a Food and Beverage Intern at NH Hotel Group in 2010. After that, they worked as an Event Management Intern at Eurogress Aachen, where they contributed to the planning and execution of trade fairs. Kim Sarah also served as an Event Management Assistant at Eurogress Aachen, where they were responsible for trade fair exhibitor acquisition and customer support.

In 2012, Kim worked as a Sales Coordination Intern at LVMH, where they managed retail controlling and sales analysis for the subsidiary brand "Guerlain." Kim Sarah also coordinated the freelancer project "Experts de Guerlain" and provided daily staff support.

From 2015 to 2016, Kim worked at Colombian Bike Junkies as a Product and Sales Management Intern. Kim Sarah developed a portfolio of adventure travel products, administered sales processes, and conducted financial analyses. Kim Sarah also handled online marketing activities and provided customer support.

At KM individual GmbH, Kim served as a Product and Sales Manager. Kim Sarah established and managed the subsidiary brand "Crossing America" and guided the establishment of the brand "That's Asia." Kim Sarah built a network of local incoming agencies and business partners and represented the company at networking events.

From 2015 to 2017, Kim worked at Cologne Business School as a Research Assistant, where they prepared materials for lectures and business projects and conducted literature reviews. Kim Sarah also served as a Lecturer, teaching subjects like tourism management, tour operations, and sustainable tourism. Kim Sarah led business projects and research seminars and supervised bachelor and master thesis work.

Kim's most recent role is with Ventura TRAVEL, where they started as a Product and Sales Specialist in 2017. Kim Sarah developed a portfolio of round trips to Central America and built a network of local incoming agencies and business partners. Kim Sarah offered customer support and collaborated closely with IT and marketing specialists to administer website content. After that, they worked as a Sales Coordinator, coordinating sales activities among teams and providing trainings and recommendations to the sales staff. Currently, they are serving as a Commercial Services Lead, overseeing brand account management and coordinating marketing and sales activities. Kim Sarah also ensures the delivery of marketing campaigns and implements technical improvements along the sales funnel.

Kim Sarah Feldesz earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business Management from CBS International Business School, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012. Kim Sarah then pursued further education at the same institution, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sustainable Tourism Management from 2014 to 2016.
