Eric McKinney

Eric McKinney serves as Captain at Ventura Air Services since September 2021, following a distinguished career in the US Army from May 2014 to July 2021. McKinney held multiple leadership roles, including Battalion Commander, overseeing the health and safety of over 500 personnel and managing substantial equipment and contracts. As Aerial - ISR Chief, responsibilities included programming and budgeting for intelligence collection aircraft, totaling over $1.8 billion. Previous roles also encompassed leadership of task forces and operations involving numerous aircraft and personnel. McKinney's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Leadership from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, alongside completion of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
