Assoc. Cipd Natalie Whiley

Natalie Whiley, Assoc. CIPD has a diverse work experience beginning in 2007 as an Events Assistant at the British Medical Journal. Natalie then worked as an Events Coordinator and Webcasting Lead at the Royal College of Anaesthetists from 2009 to 2014, where they managed events and implemented learning technologies. In 2014, Natalie joined The British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association as a Training Manager and later became a Senior Training Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Training at the same organization, where they are responsible for setting department strategy and budgets, as well as developing training services utilizing various formats such as face-to-face courses, e-Learning, blended learning, and online resource hubs.
