Michael Tibke

Michael Tibke has extensive work experience in facilities management and engineering. Michael started their career as a Senior Designer/CAD at Fleetwood Enterprises in 1997 and later became an AutoCAD Instructor at Bell Gardens Community Center. In 2001, they joined Pratt & Whitney as a Facilities Project Engineering Manager. From 2005 to 2012, they worked as a Facilities Engineering Manager at dpiX. Michael then served as a Senior Facilities Engineering Manager at Linear Technology from 2012 to 2017. This was followed by a role as a Senior Engineering Manager of Facilities and Operations at Palo Alto Networks. Currently, they are working at Venture Christian Church, initially as the Director of Facilities and now as the Senior Director of Facilities Operations.

Michael Tibke started their education journey in 1996 at ITT Technical Institute, where they pursued a Computer Aided Design program and completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in 1997. Following this, from 1997 to 1999, they attended ITT Technical Institute again and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial Design. In 2002, they enrolled at Mission College, where they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Engineering from 2002 to 2004. Finally, from 2004 to 2006, Michael studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Silicon Valley.
