Will B.

Will B. has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Will started their career in 2010 at Bechtel as a Recruitment professional, focusing on the Oil and Gas industry. Will subsequently worked at BP as a Global Talent Sourcer before joining FMC Technologies as an HR Specialist and Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist. In 2014, they became a Recruitment Advisor at SNC-Lavalin, where they specialized in recruiting for major projects in Latin America. Following this, they worked at CDI Talent & Technology Solutions as a Senior Recruiter and at Career Partners International as a Recruitment and Process Management Consultant. In 2018, they joined TRC Companies, Inc. as a Sr. Recruiter and later moved to Emerson Automation Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Recruiting at Venture Global LNG.

Will B. attended Oak Ridge from 1988 to 1992 and obtained a diploma. Then, from 1992 to 1995, they studied Communications at the University of Oklahoma without completing a degree. Lastly, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies with an emphasis on Communication at the University of Central Oklahoma.
