Anika Manchanda

Anika Manchanda is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in product management, leadership, and creative entrepreneurship. As a Product Manager at Handshake, Anika led a 12-member team to successfully launch nine in-app features and established foundational user experience for over five million users. Anika founded Blue Forest Media LLC, turning creative passion into a global venture. As President of Venture Strategy Solutions at Berkeley, Anika achieved record results in recruitment, retention, and revenue, while also transforming member experiences in previous roles. Anika has contributed as a Data Analyst for Berkeley SkyDeck, built a competitive skydiving team at UC Berkeley as President of the Cal Air Bears Skydiving Club, and directed a successful documentary project for ArtsWestchester. Anika holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Business from the University of California, Berkeley, and has furthered education through prestigious programs at HarvardX and Columbia University.
