Diana Benedikt brings extensive experience as a strategic advisor to seed and early stage venture startups. Over the years, she has assisted companies to obtain over $100 million from angel and venture capital sources. Diana has advised numerous notable Internet, software and network equipment companies on strategic finance, marketing, business and infrastructure development issues. Representative companies include Aggregate Knowledge, TellTale Games, iLoop Mobile, and CafePress.

Diana has been a Mentor and a Mock Judge for the California Clean Tech Open, an organization of entrepreneurs, academics, investors and companies working together to accelerate the development of clean technology startups. Diana is also an Advisor to Astia, whose mission is to foster the full participation and leadership of women in entrepreneurship and as accelerators of high growth businesses.
