Khawaja Omair Ahmed is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support services management and customer support. Currently serving as the Manager of Support Services at VentureDive since December 2019, Khawaja has successfully built a support team, implemented support processes aligned with ITIL best practices, and defined key performance indicators to ensure client satisfaction. Prior experience includes a tenure at SS&C Primatics from March 2008 to November 2019, where Khawaja progressed through roles such as Sr. Lead, Customer Support, and contributed to process improvements and customer experience enhancements. Khawaja also holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and Finance from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Karachi University.
