Kevin Grice

Kevin Grice is an experienced recruitment and talent management professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Interim Recruiting Lead at Nooks since June 2023, Kevin is also the Founder of VenturePOps, a consultancy focused on technical hiring for startups. Previously, Kevin held the role of People Operations Leader at TrialSpark, where contributions helped scale the company significantly and increase its valuation from $60M to $1B. Early career experiences include impactful positions at Google, where Kevin excelled as an HR Business Partner and built a successful tech recruitment team, as well as roles at blue-infinity and Meridian Business Support. Kevin's educational background includes a Legal Practice Course from the University of the West of England and a law degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
