Max Germer

Max Germer is an experienced marketing and graphic design professional with a strong background in creative roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Officer-Graphic Design at VentureWell since December 2019, Max previously held key positions at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. as a Web Graphic Designer, where responsibilities included website design and management of multi-channel communications. Prior experience includes Art Director at Darby O'Brien Advertising, Art Director at The Iron Horse Entertainment Group, and Senior Designer/Assistant Production Manager at The Valley | Springfield Advocates. Max began a formal education in graphic design, earning a Bachelor of Science from Keene State College.
