Arjun Grewal

Arjun Grewal has a diverse and extensive work experience. Arjun currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Ventus Respiratory Technologies since 2022. Before that, from 2021, they were the President ONE9 Capability Labs at ONE9, where they also held the position of Managing Director. ONE9 is an ecosystem for capability development and technological innovation. Arjun was on the Advisory Board of CyberCatch since 2021. From 2019, they have been a Board Member at Liberty Defense.

In their previous roles at IBM, Arjun held various positions from 2018 to 2021. Arjun worked as the CISO Transformation Lead, IBM Cloud, where they partnered with the business to drive change and innovation. Arjun also served as the Client Advocacy Program Lead, IBM Cloud, improving the client experience across the IBM Cloud Platform. Additionally, Arjun held the role of IBM Cognos and Planning Analytics Cloud Service Operations Lead and Chief of Staff for IBM Business Analytics.

Arjun's work experience also includes a long tenure in the Canadian Forces, where they served as part of the Canadian Forces from 2000 to 2019. Arjun also worked as a Consultant at Grey Level Consulting from 2014 to 2018, focusing on project management, cultural awareness, negotiation, and critical thinking.

Arjun Grewal completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Carleton University from 2001 to 2005. In 2015 to 2018, they pursued Continuing Education in Business Management at the University of Toronto, specializing in Project Management. In 2016, they also took a short course in Continuing Education in Business Management and Marketing at the University of Toronto.

In addition to their academic education, Arjun Grewal obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed the Business Continuity Risk Management certification from BSI. Arjun also obtained the Influence and Persuasion certification from the Professional Programs - Sprott School of Business, Carleton University in 2016. Later, in 2011, they earned an Arabic Language Certificate from the Government of Canada. Most recently, in November 2020, they achieved the Earning Advocacy Practitioner certification from IBM.
