Clint Mayhue

Clint Mayhue has extensive experience in the respiratory and personal protective equipment industry. Clint is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Ventus Respiratory Technologies. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Caintech, LLC, where they provided fractional CTO services and leadership in tech scouting, innovation management, and strategy development. Clint has significant expertise in highly regulated markets and is skilled in proposal writing and planning for funding initiatives.

Before their role at Caintech, LLC, Mayhue worked at Avon Protection Systems for over 20 years. Clint held various positions, including Strategy Director - Futures, Global Principal Engineer for Innovation, Engineering Manager, New Product Development Manager, and Design Engineer. During their time at Avon Protection Systems, they were responsible for product development process improvements, regulatory approvals, and the design of components for respiratory protection systems.

Mayhue's work experience demonstrates their strong background in tech leadership, strategy development, and regulatory compliance within the respiratory and personal protective equipment industry.

Clint Mayhue completed their high school education at Brookwood High School from 1992 to 1996. Clint then attended the Georgia Institute of Technology for their undergraduate studies from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2000, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Oxford.

In addition to their formal education, Clint has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they acquired the certification of New Product Development Professional from PDMA. Clint has also completed various courses from LinkedIn on topics such as Managing Your Time, Learning Brainstorming, Travel Hacks: Staying Productive on the Road, and Creating Your Personal Brand.
