Katherine Arnall, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katherine currently works as a Consultant at Ventus Solutions since March 2022. Previously, they served as a Project Manager at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) from March 2018 to August 2021, where they led warfare system projects and coordinated efforts with multiple stakeholders. Prior to that, they worked as a Naval Nuclear Power Instructor/Division Director at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command from December 2014 to July 2017, where they taught future Naval Officers and achieved a high course completion rate. Katherine also has experience as a Reactor Mechanical/Reactor Propulsion/Reactor Electrical Division Officer at USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) from July 2012 to November 2014, where they supervised and trained divisions in various aspects of ship operation and maintenance. In addition, they served as a Combat Information Center Officer/Electronic Warfare Officer at USS Samuel B Roberts (FFG 58) from July 2009 to May 2011, where they led and managed divisions responsible for operating tactical systems and maintaining the electronic warfare suite.

Katherine Arnall, PMP, holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University, which they earned from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Katherine completed their high school education at Laurel School from 2001 to 2005, earning a High School diploma with a focus on General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Katherine has obtained several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2017, 04-Engineer-In-Training from the Maryland State Board for Professional Engineers in October 2017, Master Training Specialist from Commander, Naval Education and Training Command in September 2016, and Nuclear Operator from the US Navy in June 2012.
