Todd Rainer

Todd Rainer has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Todd began their career as a Combat MP-Interrogator in the United States Army Reserves from July 1985 to July 1986. Following that, they served as a Boiler Technician in the US Navy from July 1986 to October 1989. Todd then worked as a Deckhand/Oiler in the United States Merchant Marines from January 1990 to January 1995.

In 2001, Todd started working at Burnett Personnel Services as an Office Support Services provider, where they offered professional support services to various clients, including legal documentation assessment and document management. Todd remained with the company until February 2014.

From April 2014 to January 2017, Todd worked as a Primavera P6 Project Scheduler at Oceaneering Intervention Engineering. In this role, they developed and managed detailed schedules for offshore oilfield projects using Oracle's Primavera P6 scheduling environment.

In 2018, Todd became an Adjunct Professor of History at San Jacinto College, where they successfully developed and taught traditional, hybrid, and online courses. Todd designed classes to meet institutional and state requirements while focusing on student-centered learning and academic standards. Todd continued this role until December 2018.

From October 2017 to December 2021, Todd also served as an Adjunct Professor of History at Lone Star College, where they independently designed and taught United States History courses with the goal of maintaining high student satisfaction and academic standards.

In March 2020, Todd joined Draconis Fundamentus as the Chief Operating Officer. This additive manufacturing firm specializes in servicing the tabletop gaming and miniature collectibles market. Under Todd's leadership, Draconis Fundamentus successfully served over 2,600 orders and generated revenues exceeding $80,000 in the first year. Todd held this position until March 2023.

Most recently, in March 2023, Todd started working as a Senior Project Scheduler at Venus Aerospace.

Todd Rainer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, which they obtained from the University of Houston-Downtown between 2005 and 2007. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in History at Sam Houston State University from 2012 to 2015. Recently, in 2019 to 2021, Todd completed a Graduate Certificate in Political Science, also from Sam Houston State University.
