Domenic Della Penna

Domenic Della Penna is the current Chief Financial Officer at Venus Concept. Prior to this, Domenic served as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Teva North America Generics from December 2013 to September 2014. In this role, Domenic was responsible for managing the finance and business planning activities of the North America Generics business, while maintaining responsibility for Teva Canada finance and business development activities.

From December 2010 to September 2014, Domenic served as Chief Financial Officer at TEVA Canada. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Finance, IT and Business Development areas for Teva Canada. Domenic focused on driving business performance, in addition to providing consistent and balanced guidance on financial results and business opportunities. Domenic also leveraged their deep experience in acquisitions to complete the integration of Ratiopharm, and the related divestiture of a pharmaceutical plant in Montreal.

Domenic Della Penna has a MBA from the Schulich School of Business - York University and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

Domenic Della Penna reports to Domenic Serafino, CEO. Domenic Della Penna works with Ross Portaro - President of Global Sales, Melissa Kang - EVP, Global Marketing & Product Management, and Michael Mandarello - Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary.
