Arunava Pal

Arunava Pal has extensive experience in the field of Learning and Development, having held various leadership roles in reputable organizations. ARUNAVA served as the Academic Head at Saltlake Institute of Engineering and Management Ltd from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they were the Deputy Manager Training at Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd from 2019 to 2020. Arunava Pal also worked as the Head of Learning and Development at Venus Remedies Limited starting in August 2021. Additionally, they served as Country Training Head at NIIT Limited, where they managed training and development projects in Bhutan and Maldives from 2010 to 2012, followed by a role as Centre Director in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2013. Throughout their career, Arunava Pal has demonstrated expertise in team management, training, and administration.

ARUNAVA PAL completed their ICSE from ST. THOMAS HIGH SCHOOL in the field of Science in 1999. They then pursued H.S. in Science at ST. Paul's Cathedral Mission Church College from 1999 to 2001. ARUNAVA PAL has additional certifications in Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Instructional designer, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, and various leadership and communication courses obtained in 2022. They also have certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer and Oracle Certified Professional in Java SE 6 Programmer.
