Benedict Nirmal

Benedict Nirmal has worked in the IT industry since 1996. Benedict began their career as a Business Manager at Maestros Mediline Systems Ltd. Benedict then moved to Genovate Solutions as a Sr. Business Manager in 2002. In 2004, they took on the role of Business Head - IT at ManpowerGroup. In 2008, they became the Key Accounts & Head - ICT (Southern Region) at Randstad. In 2014, they were appointed as Head Consulting Practises at Arustechnology. In 2011, they Co-Founded and became Managing Partner at TriUnionTech. Since 2017, they have been the Business Leader Enterprise Mobility & Digital Transformation at Venusgeo Solutions, where they are responsible for product lead for mobile products, digital advisory, design thinking, business strategy transformation, product ownership and management, leading high performance global delivery teams, and driving business and product requirements. Benedict has experience in the travel, healthcare, health advisory, audits, maritime HESS, POS, crew, and flight itinerary management system industries.

Benedict Nirmal began their educational journey in 1985 when they attended DON BOSCO, Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Egmore. Benedict then pursued a Bachelor's degree in English from Loyola College from 1991 to 1995. Subsequently, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Loyola College in 1996 and a Master's degree in Public Administration from University of Madras in 1997.
