Sofia Seger has held a variety of roles in their career. Sofia began their professional experience in 2007 as a Factotum at Amerodos Oy, where they were responsible for managing customer contacts, recruiting and training new employees, providing contract drafts, and general problem solving. In 2012, they moved to Astor Hyde Park as a Front Desk Manager, where their tasks included customer service, room allocations, event planning, and creative problem solving during the Olympic Games. In 2013, they held two roles: a Front Desk Manager at Dance School Baila Baila and a Management Consultant at Oy SHH Academic Business Consulting Ab, where they worked on projects related to strategic planning, software introduction, and restructuring reporting systems. In 2015, they worked as a Service Ambassador at Destination Hostels in Lisbon, focusing on marketing and customer service. In 2016, they returned to Oy SHH Academic Business Consulting Ab as a Management Consultant, working on projects related to customer satisfaction research and its implications for future strategy. In 2017, they worked as an IT Consultant at Academic Work, and in 2018, they moved to QOCO Systems Ltd as a Consultant. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Software Developer at Venuu.

Sofia Seger completed their Bachelor of Science in Economics & Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship & Management from the Hanken School of Economics. Sofia then attended KEDGE Business School in 2015, completing the Programme Grande Ecole ("Master in Management"). In 2017, they obtained their Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org. Sofia is currently pursuing their Master of Science in Economics & Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship & Management from the Hanken School of Economics.
