Patricia Aymà Maldonado

Patricia Aymà Maldonado has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology and environmental research. In 2015, they worked as a Trainee in the HSE Department at Almirall. Patricia then joined the Universitat de Barcelona as a Master Thesis Researcher, focusing on the accumulation of bioplastics using fermented liquors from organic waste. In 2017, Patricia became involved in the development of bioplastics as the Executive President and CTO at VEnvirotech Biotechnology. Additionally, they worked on projects centered around circular economy and nitrogen recovery at LEITAT Technological Center.

Patricia Aymà Maldonado has a diverse education history. In 2018, they completed the Programas Enfocados at IESE Business School, where they specialized in Leadership and People Management, as well as Creative Negotiation. In 2017, they participated in the Yuzz "Jóvenes con ideas" program at EUNCET, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering at the Universitat de Barcelona, specializing in Science and Engineering. Patricia'sundergraduate studies were completed from 2011 to 2015 at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotecnología. Before entering university, Patricia earned their high school diploma from Salesians Sant Vicenç dels Horts in 2011. In addition to their formal education, Patricia has also obtained certification in the First Certificate in English Grade B2 from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
