Lance Lynch, MBA, CHEP, CBCP

Lance Lynch, MBA, CHEP, CBCP, has extensive experience in healthcare sales, consulting, emergency management, and education. Lance currently works as a Healthcare Sales Lead at Veoci, where they are responsible for leading sales efforts in the healthcare industry. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive at the same company.

Lynch also owns and serves as the Principal Consultant at Adaptiv Consulting Solutions, where they partner with clients to build adaptive leaders, cohesive teams, and resilient organizations. Lance offers consulting services to organizations and coaching services to individuals at all career levels.

In the past, Lynch worked as a Business Continuity Program Manager at Parkland Hospital, where they developed and managed the organization's business continuity program. Lance also served as the Chair of the Regional Emergency Preparedness Committee at the North Central Texas Trauma Regional Advisory Council, where they facilitated collaboration and support among various subcommittees and task forces.

Prior to that, Lynch held the role of Director of Emergency Management at JPS Health Network, where they updated plans and processes to ensure compliance with accrediting bodies. Lance also implemented communication, training, and educational initiatives to improve leadership trust and developed and implemented various programs and processes.

Lynch has also worked as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at Bronson Healthcare, an Education and CQI Manager at PrideCare Ambulance, an EMS Clinical Coordinator at Johnston Community College, and an Adjunct Instructor at Wake Technical Community College. Additionally, they served as an AHA Instructor at CPR Consultants: The Response Institute.

Lance Lynch holds a Bachelor's Degree in EMS Administration from Western Carolina University. Lance also has an Associate's Degree in EMS from Kellogg Community College. In addition to their degrees, Lance holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Organizational Consulting from Spring Arbor University.

Lance has obtained several certifications, including "Managing Your Time" from LinkedIn in November 2016. Lance also holds certifications such as EMS Level 1 Instructor from the North Carolina Office of EMS (obtained in February 2015), FP-C from the Board for Critical Care Transport Paramedic Certification (obtained in January 2015), and CCEMT-P from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (obtained in June 2007).

Furthermore, Lance is certified as a BLS/ACLS/ACLS Exp. Provider/PALS Instructor and has completed NIMS ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800 from FEMA.
