Rhys Jenkins

Rhys Jenkins is a Contracts Manager at Veolia since September 2020, having progressed through various roles in the company, including Junior Contracts Manager, Site Manager, and technical positions. Rhys is currently pursuing a Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at Arden University while holding a Master of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from The University of Sheffield, where a notable final year project focused on the impact of artificial defect geometry in magnetic nanowires. Previous experience includes industrial training programs at Liberty House Group, Portals De La Rue Ltd, Superglass Insulation Ltd, and the National Nuclear Laboratory, showcasing expertise in materials characterization and implementation of engineering systems. Rhys has also demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership skills through roles as a student ambassador and participation in engineering challenges.
