Sergey Sinyagov

Sergey Sinyagov is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Lead Solution Architect for the Integration Domain at VimpelCom-Information Technologies, part of the VEON Group, since November 2021. With a career spanning over two decades, Sergey has held various significant roles including Senior Customer Solution Architect at Fujitsu, Chief Systems Architect at Specialized Depository Infinitum JSC, and Group Leader at Esri, among others. Sergey possesses extensive expertise in enterprise architecture, solution design, IT transformation, troubleshooting, and cloud migration, with a strong emphasis on improving processes and reducing costs. Sergey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computing Mathematics and Cybernetics from Moscow State University.
