Safwan Mustafa

Safwan Mustafa has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 2008, they worked as a System Analyst at the Syrian Jordanian Industrial Free Zone for four years. In 2013, they joined the Memorial University of Newfoundland as a Research Assistant and later took on the role of PC Support. In 2015, Safwan joined Verafin where they began as a Software Developer and steadily progressed through roles such as Technical Team Lead, Product Development Team Lead, and Product Lead. Currently, Safwan holds the position of Head of Product Development - AML at Verafin.

Safwan Mustafa has a Master's degree in Data Integration from Memorial University of Newfoundland, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Al-AlBayt University from 2004 to 2008.
