Rafael Roesler

Rafael Roesler is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Verallia since August 2020, overseeing Payroll, Benefits, Union Relations, and Compensation areas, as well as leading initiatives such as the management and implementation of an LTI program for executives and the PMO of a Pension Plan project. Prior to Verallia, Rafael held various HR roles at Sony Electronics from May 2009 to November 2019, managing all HR subsystems across multiple sites, executing corporate projects, and improving employee engagement. Earlier career experience includes significant HR responsibilities at Marjan Farma and Dresser Industria e Comercio Ltda, focusing on personnel administration, benefits, and talent acquisition.
