Sameer Ralhan

Sameer Ralhan has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Sameer is currently the SVP, Chief Financial Officer at Veralto, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Sameer worked at The Chemours Company from 2014 to 2023, where they served as the SVP, Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2023. During their time at Chemours, Sameer held various roles including VP, Finance and Treasurer, VP, Finance and Head of M&A, and Treasurer and Head of M&A. Sameer was responsible for managing financial performance, leading external stakeholder dialogue, and executing acquisitions and divestitures. Sameer Ralhan holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Analytic Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from Rice University between 1995 and 2000. Sameer also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995.
