Noah Zimmerman has a diverse and extensive work experience. Noah is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Verb Biotics LLC since March 2022. Prior to this, Noah worked at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. as the Business Development and Technical Services Manager - Probiotics from September 2020 to February 2022. Noah also held the position of Research Manager in Biochemistry and Immunology at Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production from May 2017 to August 2020. Noah was the Director of Research and Development (cofounder) at Agro BioSciences, Inc. from September 2013 to May 2017. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at WILDLIFE IN NEED CENTER LTD from July 2012 to April 2015. Noah has also worked as an Independent Consultant and as an Instructor at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Noah conducted research on the role of intestinal microbiota and their interaction with functional foods during their tenure at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Prior to that, they were an NIH Postdoctoral Fellow, where they focused on investigating the role of secreted molecules and cyclic nucleotides in cell migration. With a background in research, Noah also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory. Noah started their academic journey as a Graduate Student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Noah Zimmerman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (with a Microbiology emphasis) from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1993 to 1997. Noah then pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they obtained a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Animal Health and Biomedical Sciences (with a Pathophysiology specialization) from 1997 to 2004.
