Phoebe Lofts

Phoebe Lofts has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Phoebe currently holds the position of Client Services Account Director at VERB Brands, a leading luxury digital marketing agency, since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Account Manager Client Services at the same company from February 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining VERB Brands, Phoebe worked at OMD UK as a Client Leadership Manager from October 2020 to February 2021. Phoebe began their career at OMD UK as a Client Leadership Graduate in June 2018 and held the position until October 2020.

Phoebe also has experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Chef at Skivo 2 for the winter season of 2017/2018. In this role, they provided meals and managed a budget and stock levels.

Prior to their chef role, Phoebe worked as a Sales Consultant at Yachtshop from May 2012 to August 2017. Phoebe'sresponsibilities included delivering excellent customer service, utilizing social media marketing, and managing merchandising and stock control.

Additionally, Phoebe gained valuable marketing experience during their time at Future Group India in January 2016. As part of their work experience, they collaborated with the marketing team on advertising campaigns and attended meetings with ad agencies.

Phoebe also had an internship at KPMG in Doha, Qatar in February 2013, where they worked as a Management Consultant. During their time there, they improved their communication, teamwork, and analytical skills by shadowing consultants at meetings and analyzing case studies.

Throughout their various roles, Phoebe has demonstrated strong skills in client services, leadership, marketing, customer service, and teamwork.

Phoebe Lofts attended Friars School from 2007 to 2013, where they studied Business Studies, Religious Education, and Chemistry. Phoebe then pursued their undergraduate degree at The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science in International Management. Phoebe'sfield of study during this time included International Business, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. In 2015 to 2016, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Sydney, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their academic qualifications, Phoebe Lofts obtained the IPA Foundation Certificate from the IPA in May 2019 and the IPA Commercial Certificate from the same institution in March 2019.
