Jordi Adell

Jordi Adell has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2002. In 2002, they were a Research Support at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. In 2003, they were a Visiting Student at The University of Edinburgh and a Research Assistant, PhD student at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. In 2005, they participated in the eNTERFACE Workshop as a Workshop Participant. In 2008, they were a PostDoc Research Engineer at La Salle - Universitat Ramon Llull. In 2010, they were an Associate Lecturer at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Signal Processing Engineer and Research Projects Coordinator at PAL Robotics. From 2015 to present, they have held roles as CSR Product Lead, IT Manager, Technical Lead, and Research and Development Engineer at Verbio.

Jordi Adell obtained their Ph.D. from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2009, in the field of Telecomunication. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc from The University of Edinburgh in 2003, in Speech Processing. Jordi also obtained a European Master from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2003, in Language and Speech. Finally, Jordi Adell obtained an MSc from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 1997, in Telecomunication.
