Tamar Mikhel (Stelmacher)

Tamar Mikhel (Stelmacher) has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Tamar is currently serving as the VP Finance and Corporate Accounting at Verbit.ai since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Google as the International Controller from February 2021 to October 2021.

Tamar's previous experience includes roles at Fitbit, Vocera Communications, Stanley Healthcare, AeroScout, MDG Medical, Kingston Sorel international network (CPA), ORI Consulting, and EMC. At Fitbit, they held various senior director positions, where they led global accounting and finance functions, optimized expenditures, reduced outsourced vendor costs, and played a key role in the IPO and scaling of the business. At Vocera Communications and Stanley Healthcare, they served as a Director of Revenue and Revenue Controller, respectively. At AeroScout, they were the Business Controller and Finance Lead, and also worked as the FP&A Manager. At MDG Medical, they served as a Controller, where they streamlined processes and reduced closing time of financial statements.

Throughout their career, Tamar has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and a track record of successfully managing teams and driving financial results.

Tamar Mikhel (Stelmacher) pursued their education from 1999 to 2004 at The College of Management Academic Studies. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business, as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
