David Hackett

David Hackett is an experienced professional in customer success management, having held senior roles at companies such as Vercel, LaunchDarkly, and Rollbar. Prior to these positions, David served as Team Lead for Customer Success at Sisense, where responsibilities included overseeing the Sisense Cloud (Periscope Data) team, as well as working as a Customer Success Manager. David began a career in the wine industry as an Enologist at Joseph Phelps Vineyards. Educated at the University of California, Davis, David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Viticulture and Enology, specializing in Food & Plant Science and Microbiology.
