Wendra Liang

Wendra Liang has a diverse range of work experience. Wendra is currently serving as the VP of Legal at Vercel since January 2024. Before that, they worked at Fundbox as the Associate General Counsel - Corporate from January 2021 to January 2024. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel at ASG in 2020. Wendra also held various roles at Atlassian from 2016 to 2019, including Director - Corporate, Securities and M&A, and Senior Corporate Counsel. Wendra was previously a Corporate Counsel at NetSuite and a Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Wendra started their career as a Program Analyst at The Energy Foundation, China Sustainable Energy Program. In addition, they were a Captain of the Stanford Women's Golf Team where they received honors as an NCAA Academic All-American and a PAC-10 All-Conference Team member.

Wendra Liang has a J.D. degree from Stanford Law School. Wendra also holds a B.A./M.A. degree in Human Biology/Anthropology from Stanford University. Additionally, they attended Phillips Exeter Academy and participated in the School Year Abroad program in China. Wendra Liang has also obtained a California Bar certification.
