Christopher Wei, PE, CEM, LEED AP, Fitwel Amb., has an extensive work experience in the field of engineering and sustainability. Christopher is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Verdani Partners, overseeing technical projects and providing support for green building certifications. Prior to this role, Christopher held positions as the Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Senior Energy Engineer, and Energy Engineer at Verdani Partners, where they conducted energy audits, provided benchmarking support, and offered technical expertise for sustainability programs. Before joining Verdani Partners, Christopher worked as an Energy Researcher at DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability. Christopher began their career at Luk & Associates as an Engineer Intern, where they performed AutoCAD drafting for land development plans. Christopher Wei, PE, CEM, LEED AP, Fitwel Amb., completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Energy Engineering from The University of Hong Kong, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher Wei holds several certifications. Christopher is a Professional Engineer (PE) registered by the State of California, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) granted by the Association of Energy Engineers.
