Michael Palese

Michael Palese is an experienced professional in the environmental and sustainability sectors, currently serving as an ESG Data Analyst at Verdani Partners since March 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Athenica Environmental Services, Inc. as Assistant Project Manager and Environmental Scientist from February 2020 to March 2023, and worked at UPS as a Preload Supervisor and Employee. Michael has contributed to environmental advocacy as a Sustainability Advocate for Clean Water Action and has significant experience in leadership and community organization from roles such as Head Counselor and Division Head at Camp Schodack. Earlier experiences include an internship at Sonoma County FDM focused on energy auditing and internships at Sonoma State University, supporting research on energy usage for microgrid planning. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Energy Management and Design from Sonoma State University.
