Mick Holland

Mick Holland has more than two decades of experience in various leadership roles in the chemical industry. Mick is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Verdant Specialty Solutions since May 2021. Prior to that, Mick held positions at Solvay, where they served as the Senior Global Director, Head of Global Key Accounts, Home & Personal Care from January 2018 to May 2021. In this role, they led a $250M business, managed a global team, and developed a business strategy focused on customer needs. Mick also served as the Regional Business Director, Home & Personal Care, EMEA at Solvay from January 2011 to April 2019, achieving double-digit bottom line growth in a flat market. Before joining Solvay, Mick worked at Rhodia as the Commercial Director Novecare Europe from January 2010 to March 2011. Mick was responsible for all sales channels and commercial activity throughout the European region. Mick's earlier experience includes serving as the Business Director - General Manager at McIntyre Group from 2000 to 2010, where they oversaw the company's European operations and contributed to significant growth in both turnover and EBITDA.
