Austin Endress

Austin Endress currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Corporate Development at Ledgestone, a position held since April 2017. Austin is also the Founder and Interim CEO of Verdova since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Austin co-founded and served as Managing Principal at Brooktower Insurance Group from November 2015 until its merger with Ledgestone in early 2017, concentrating on enterprise risk management for specific industries. Austin gained valuable experience through internships at Allstate, Caterpillar Inc., and Kraft Foods Group. Academically, Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Illinois State University, and completed the Summer Venture in Management Program at Harvard Business School.
