Joe Decocco

Joe DeCocco has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles in companies such as Verescence, Arrow Electronics, Stryker Biotech, Bombardier Aerospace, and Owens Corning. Joe has extensive experience in employee engagement, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and regulatory compliance. Joe has a proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies and programs that have resulted in increased productivity, revenue growth, and recognition as a best place to work.

Joe DeCocco completed their education history with a B.A. in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1995. In 1999, they pursued a program in Human Resources Executive at the University of Michigan. Additionally, Joe DeCocco has obtained several certifications, including Ecovadis Gold in August 2019, Achieve Global Trainer in June 2008, Decision Wise & PDI 360 Coach in May 2006, Root Cause Failure Analysis in December 2002, Lean Manufacturing in December 2001, Project Management in December 2000, and Six Sigma in October 2000.
