Fernando Nuñez

Fernando Nuñez has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Fernando started working at Huawei Technologies in 2008 as a Carrier Software Engineer, where they were responsible for delivering and maintaining Mobile Data Service projects. Fernando also conducted Training Programs for these projects and achieved successful platforms such as Telefonica Message+, Telefonica SDP, and Telefonica WAPGW Platform Maintenance Project.

In 2011, they became a Carrier Software Technical Team Leader at Huawei Technologies, accountable for implementing and maintaining software systems for mobile operators. Fernando performed project low-level design and documentation and ensured the quality of project deliverables.

In 2013, Fernando transitioned to the position of Project Manager at Huawei Technologies. Fernando managed a wide range of Telco and IT projects aimed at improving services and capabilities for fixed and mobile operators in Venezuela. In 2019, Fernando joined Thales as a Program Manager. In this role, they conducted and managed project planning activities for Thales Digital Payment and Digital Commerce solution deployments. Fernando coordinated with customers to offer program status and feedback and supported the Sales and Product team in discussing solutions and business opportunities.

Most recently, in 2021, Fernando started working at Verestro as a Business Development Manager. Further details regarding this role are not provided.

Fernando Nuñez obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IESA during the period of 2010-2012. Before that, they completed their undergraduate studies and acquired a Systems Engineer degree from Universidad de Oriente (VE) from 2001-2006. Prior to their university studies, they graduated from Colegio Salesiano Pio XII with a High School Diploma in Sciences from 1994-1999.

In addition to their formal education, Fernando also has several certifications. Fernando obtained the Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards certification from LinkedIn in July 2019.
