Katarzyna Drzyzga

Katarzyna Drzyzga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Katarzyna began their career as an Office Manager at Noerr LLP in 2005 and worked there until 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Office Manager at Krzysztof Modzelewski & Partners. In 2011, they joined Verestro as the Head of HR and Administration, where they were responsible for developing organization strategies, implementing HR strategies, and managing HR operations. Katarzyna also served on the Supervisory Board at Verestro from 2017 to 2020. At Quicko Poland, they held multiple roles including CEO/Prezes Zarządu from 2011 to 2015, Head of Sales and Business Development from 2015 to 2018, and HR Director from 2019 onwards. In 2015, they also worked as an HR Director at Fenige. Prior to that, they pursued German Philology at the Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, they enrolled in a postgraduate program in Business Management / Human Resources at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2010 to 2011.
