Celia Phaneuf, CPHR, CCP

Celia Phaneuf, CPHR, CCP has over 10 years of Human Resources experience. Celia began their career in 2010 as a Human Resources Coordinator for an unnamed company. In 2013, they moved on to become a Senior Human Resources Generalist for Lauren Engineers & Constructors, Inc. Celia then joined Jovix powered by Atlas RFID Solutions in 2016 as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist. In 2017, they became a Compensation Analyst for FGL Sports Ltd. In 2019, they were a Program Specialist/Manager for Benevity. In 2020, they became the Human Resources & Volunteer Manager for Women In Need Society (WINS). Most recently, they are the Director, People & Culture for Verge Agriculture since 2022.

Celia Phaneuf, CPHR, CCP, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Trent University between 2004 and 2008. Celia also holds two additional certifications; Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work, and Chartered Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Institute of Alberta (HRIA).
