Charlie Issendorf

Charlie Issendorf has a diverse work experience in the cycling industry. Charlie started their career at USA Cycling as a bicycle racer and achieved success with over 500 top ten finishes and a silver medal in the Junior National Pursuit Championship. Charlie then founded C&I Imports, Inc., where they served as the President and exclusive U.S. agent for Sportful Cycling Apparel. Charlie further contributed to the industry by serving as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Champion System, where they revolutionized the custom apparel business. At Bell Lap Promotions, Inc., they were the President and Founder, responsible for organizing over 400 bicycle races. Charlie later joined Zwift, where they held various roles such as Vice President of Events, Race Director, and Event Director, overseeing significant projects like the Zwift Racing League and the Olympic Virtual Series. Charlie's experience also includes being the Head of Product at Preem and the National Head of Sales at Le Col. Currently, they are the VP of Sales & Marketing at Verge Sport.
