Chuck Craig has a diverse work history spanning several notable companies. Chuck started their career at Travelers in 1982 as the Regional Director of Technology, where they led a team across multiple states and launched the first Aetna information technology team in Florida. In 1997, they joined Trammell Crow Company as Vice President, leading a team in identifying and acquiring locations for ExxonMobil gas stations. Chuck exceeded acquisition goals, expanded markets, and played a role in launching the gas station facility management business. In 2000, Chuck moved to Harland Clarke as Senior Vice President, where they later became the Executive Director. During their time there, they executed strategies to win and consolidate acquired bank's check programs, launched a customer-facing website, and established a dedicated call center with client-desktop integration. As of 2020, Chuck is the Senior Vice President of Major Accounts for Vericast, where they lead a team providing integrated payments and marketing solutions to large financial institutions. Their focus is on solving business problems, increasing revenue, reducing costs, and improving the overall customer experience.

Chuck Craig has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Florida. Chuck also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Bank of America, obtained in 2003.
