Shane Mahlstadt

Shane Mahlstadt has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Shane started their career as a Construction Laborer at Goldcon Inc in 2018. In 2020, they interned at Ironstate Development Company, where they gained valuable experience. Following that, Shane Mahlstadt worked as a Field Engineer/Office Engineer Intern at HENSEL PHELPS in 2021. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Project Manager at Vericon Construction Company, starting in 2022. In addition to their construction roles, Shane also worked as maintenance staff at Crestview Swim and Tennis Club for five years, from 2014 to 2019.

Shane Mahlstadt attended Kent State University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Financial Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager at GC (Preconstruction), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), and Procore Certified: Engineer. Shane also holds an OSHA 30 certification from Kent State University.
