Alberto Cuesta Remón has diverse work experience spanning different industries. Alberto currently holds the position of Software Development Manager at Veridas, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Alberto served as the Product Development Lead at Veridas from November 2020 to February 2022. Alberto initially joined Veridas as a Software Engineer in January 2018 and remained in this role until November 2020.
Before joining Veridas, Alberto had a side project called AsmaGo from January 2016 to June 2018, which aimed to help asthmatic individuals through a mobile application.
From August 2016 to January 2018, Alberto worked as an Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Software Engineer at das-Nano.
From December 2014 to December 2017, Alberto worked as a Software Engineer at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Hospital Complex of Navarra, and UPNA. Alberto was involved in app development for severe asthma patients, clinical trials, and data analytics.
In 2014, Alberto worked as a Software Developer at UPNA, contributing to the Aging and frailty RETIC project.
Alberto's earlier experiences include working as a Software Developer at CEIMD, Centre of Sport Studies, Research and Medicine from December 2013 to August 2014, and as a Data Manager at Navarrabiomed, Biomedical Research Centre from July 2010 to March 2014.
In 2009, Alberto was a drummer in the live band for the musical "Euskadi Tropikal" at Iluna Productions. Alberto also worked as a Factory Worker at Berlys Corporation for a summer job in 2008 and as a Security Guard at Grupo EULEN for a summer job in 2007.
Alberto Cuesta Remón completed their Bachelor's Degree in C.S. Engineering from Universidad Pública de Navarra, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Alberto then pursued a Full 5 year Degree in C.S. Engineering from the same university from 2010 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Alberto obtained a certification in Deep Learning, a 5-course specialization by deeplearning.ai from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2019. Alberto also obtained a certification in Big Data and Cybersecurity on the Industry 4.0 from the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Navarra in February 2017. Alberto has also completed a course in Nanotechnology: The Basics from Coursera in 2016. Additionally, they hold a Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification from Cambridge University Press.
