Ignacio Viñals Bailo

Ignacio Viñals Bailo has a diverse work experience in the field of speech science and AI. Ignacio currently works as an AI Speech Scientist at Veridas since January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Visiting Graduate Student at The Johns Hopkins University from May 2017 onwards. Ignacio also worked as a Speech Scientist and Ph.D. Student at Universidad de Zaragoza, with their tenure starting in September 2015 and extending until January 2022. Ignacio has also served as a Speech Processing Researcher at Hitachi Central Research Laboratory from January 2015 to August 2015. Additionally, Ignacio was a Vulcanus in Japan member at the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation from September 2014 to August 2015. Preceding this role, they worked as an R+D Software Engineer Intern at Teltronic from February 2014 to July 2014.

Ignacio Viñals Bailo completed their PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad de Zaragoza between the years 2015 and 2020. Prior to this, they pursued a degree in Telecommunications Engineering with a specialization in Signal Processing and RadioFrequency Systems from the same university, from 2008 to 2014.
